3. Products, pricing and payment

• We try to keep product details, images and prices accurate, but minor differences in packaging or crop may occur.
• Prices are shown in INR and may change at any time.
• You agree to pay the full amount at checkout using the payment options provided. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways.

4. Orders, shipping and returns

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel an order, for example, if a product is unavailable or there is a price or stock issue.
• We ship to serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays or local conditions.
• Because rice is a food product, returns are accepted only for damaged packs, wrong items or quantity, or products that are expired on delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos so we can review and arrange a replacement, refund or store credit.

5. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Try to damage, hack or disrupt the website or its servers.
• Upload content that is abusive, defamatory, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
